At Miniwardrobes, we always try our best to make your shopping experience happy and smooth. We know sometimes, things might not go as expected. Don’t worry! Our refund and returns policy is made with care to keep you tension-free.
When Can You Return?
You can return the product if:
You received the wrong item
The product is damaged or defective
Size mismatch or fitting issue (only unused items)
Item is different from what was shown on the website
We have 7 days of the return policy. Within 7 days you can return the product.
How to Return?
Send us a message or email with your order ID and issue.
Our Miniwardrobes Coimbatore team will guide you on the next steps.
Pack the item properly and hand it over to our delivery partner when they come for pickup.
Items must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition with tags
Packed neatly in the original packaging
Refund Process
Once we receive the product and verify it, your refund will be Credited within 5 to 7 working days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card).
In case of COD orders, we will request your bank details for the refund.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be delivered within 2 to 7 days.
